We have to type of products in website one is shippable in form of physical shipments and second are Reports which are send in form of soft copy via email. In the case of physical shipments we offers refunds on several grounds without charging any cancellation fee within 5 days of delivey:

• Product is different and not same as promised.
• Product is damage and not in good condition.

But if you intentionally want to return shipment without any reason mentioned above (like changed mood, doubt on product after order, in influence of other councilor and any of such kind of excuse then)

• We refund amount after deduction of shipping charge.

Note:
No refund process will initiate after 5 days of delivery. In case of Services (Non shippable) no refund initiate after delivery of order. But if you cancel your order within 10 working hour then we initiate refund and amount will refund in your account in 7 working days after deduction of transition charge. We offer COD for almost every pin code in India. But COD facility is available only for those products having price not more than Rs. 15000. In case of COD refund it will take 15 days to credit amount in your account.
